Students - All students are gifted individually by God. These gifts include different learning styles and strengths. Instruction will be taught to three levels to meet the different needs of students. Students will be expected to maintain performance at an appropriate level for a given class. Expectations of responsibility will be monitored through a recognition system that will rank student level of responsibility in areas such as: preparedness, homework completion, timeliness, dresscode, behavior, participation and community service.

Parent involvement - Is essential. A Parent - School Contract will define responsibilities as outlined by the board. Parents play the main role as advisor helping to mold a student's learning environment. Involvement in volunteer programs will be outlined by the board. Personal conferences will be held at the beginning of the school year and as determined by the board.
