"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord,
"plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to
give you hope and a future."

How's It Feel For Teachers
Teaching at an Intentional school will be similar, yet different from a traditional model.
From the outside it will appear that the technology is what makes it different, yet that is not the case.
The technology does feel different for the teacher not accustomed to it,
but that is quickly adjusted to in an environment where the computer is such an integral tool
to meeting the goals of the school. The difference comes in the expectation that each teacher is
working to accomplish the same goals using the same tools and methods as the rest of the faculty.
This allows for a process of mentoring and professional growth that makes each teacher feel a part of the the whole.
An Intentional school is not for all teachers. Teachers loose the ability to shut the door and run their
class as they please. This collaborative model of teaching works well for those willing to be part of a whole,
but can be a challenge for those use to doing it their own way.
